The Chocolate Flower Farm is an adorable little shop that sells a wonderful collection of chocolate candles, candies, vintage items and various gifty items. It sits on First Street in downtown Langley, WA. My version of this sweet little building is fashioned from enameled copper. It is decorated with a hand drawn image that is transferred to the enamel using a decal process. It is further colored with transparent enamel that is stenciled onto the window areas. Each layer of enamel and decals is individually fired in a kiln to produce a long lasting, vibrant surface design. It is further enhanced with a copper band and a “chocolate flower” made of copper and an enameled copper center. The 7” tall by 5” wide facade is affixed to a 5”x5” wooden cradle that is decorated in an antiqued checkerboard pattern. It includes an annealed steel hanging wire.
