Shipping Methods

I ship via the US Postal Service unless otherwise requested.  Shipping is from Whidbey Island, WA.  Unfortunately, there is no guarantee on Priority and Express shipping from our location.  It usually takes one day longer, but sometimes I'm surprised how quickly packages get to their destination.  So, please plan accordingly.  You can contact me via email or phone if you need to further expedite your order via an alternate shipping method.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please email me at mybrownwren@gmail.com immediately. I will accept returns of unworn, unused, new items within 7 days. I will not accept returns on custom made items, but will do my very best to accommodate you. All tutorial sales are final, so please make sure you email me if you have questions about a tutorial before you purchase it.

Once we have discussed the nature of your return, please wrap your item carefully and package it securely. Insurance is recommended on all returns. Both insurance and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable, as well as credit card processing fees. Your refund will be made once the item is received (in the condition it was sent). Exchanges are fulfilled once your item is received.  Send to the following address:
