Rusted Lily Variscite Necklace with Lichen Texture
I paired this rustic Rusted Lily Variscite with a piece of silver that I textured with a lichen I collected on an early morning walk. It felt like the perfect match. You can almost imagine the soft sage green color of the lichen sitting beneath the stone, which mimics some of that tone, with a mix of deeper greens, browns and rust.
The pendant (1.25” tall x 1” wide) has a nice weight to it and is paired with a heavier weight sterling silver chain that is adjustable from 17” to 18 3/4”. It closes with a hand forged clasp.
