Handmade hummingbirds swinging on a wire swing, dangling from handmade ear wires. Beautiful and lightweight - made from argentium sterling silver.

Argentium sterling silver is 93.5% silver. The rest of the alloy is made up of copper and germanium. Germanium is an element that helps the silver resist tarnish. These earrings have a patina on them, but the naked silver areas should stay bright and shiny for a lot longer than a similar pair made with traditional sterling silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper).
