Inspired by the sea, this beautifully chunky silver ring features a fine silver ammonite wrapped in a sterling silver bezel with 24k gold accents and a striking Turquoise Gibbsite also wrapped in a sterling silver bezel. This is a man-made turquoise made from Gibbsite, an aluminum ore, and iron pyrite. It has gorgeous spider veining that has a hint of gold color and black in a sea of luscious turquoise blue. It does not contain any plastic stabilizers. The gem cutter commented that it looks and cuts like a real stone. I was very impressed with how it held up to all of my hammering on it while I was setting the bezel.

This ring features a 4mm open band of sterling silver in a size 8 ¾ that can be opened or closed slightly to adjust the size. Stone setting is 17mm tall by 7mm wide by 5.5mm tall. Ammonite is 17mm tall by 12mm wide by 5mm tall.
