These brass earrings were given the impression of ferns that I collect in my yard and on walks with my dog. Once the ferns are dried, I sandwich them between two sheets of brass and roll them through the rolling mill. With the correct amount of pressure, the ferns leave beautiful imprints on both sheets, which I then cut, patina and polish. These are paired with handmade sterling silver ear wires. The discs are approx. an inch wide. Total earring length is 1 5/8”.
